Yup adb commands - It's been asked & answered countless times - Just search for "Mobile Data Toggle" & you'll find a couple of ways to use adb 🐧

No worries - Exactly the same process as on Oreo - Just enable USB Debugging by clicking on the Build Number 7 times & Same as always to enable the Data Toggle.

didnt worked for me on my note 9 with the script (auto) but worked Well with the tutorial from @ShaggyskunkS9P ... typed adb command and reboot... et voila
