issue with the setting

Hello there, 

I have a S9 and when I try to scroll down to access the Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc, I got an error message "settings keeps stopping". Any idea what's going on? It is really annoying, I even did a factory reset and still have this issue. I'm kinda sure everything started after the latest security patch update.

Yeah it's a known issue that seems to be affecting some people - Two things that you can do to resolve the problem:
a) You probably have Two Night Mode QS Tiles & One of them will crash when you click on it - Go to the QS Tiles - Three Dot Menu Top Right and click on Button Order - Remove (drag) the one that Crashes from the QS Tiles View & Reboot.
b) Boot into Recovery and Wipe Cache 🐧

This has worked for everyone who had the issue after the latest OTA 😉

Which process - Removing the Night Mode QS Tile that Crashes or Boot into Recovery and Wipe Cache?
The screen shots that I posted should be enough for the QS Tiles View...
