Galaxy SHi pirattemobille,
We’re really sorry to hear you’re experiencing this, and we completely understand how frustrating it must be especially after trying resets and other troubleshooting steps.
It sounds like your Do Not Disturb (DND) exceptions list (such as allowed apps or contacts) keeps resetting or deleting itself, even after a factory reset. This isn’t expected behavior.
It could be a corrupted backup being restored via Samsung Cloud or Smart Switch, which may reintroduce the issue. We recommend setting up the device as new, without restoring from any backup.
Also, try booting into Safe Mode to rule out third-party app interference.
If nothing works, please report the issue via Samsung Members > Get help > Error reports for deeper log analysis.
Let us know if the issue continues even after Safe Mode or fresh setup. We’re here to help.

Galaxy SAs for trial verions they do nothing. Samsung needs to be able to create it's own malaware & anty virus program. This should be included when the devices are programmed instead of having to rely on subscription programs from whom ever is offering it. There was a rumor of this biemg done, but that was once Motorola before lenonvo. It was never done, the idea was abandoned, so what would be stopping Samsung from picking up the idea & producing it & offering it exclusively to owners of Samsung devices for free, others that own a different brand device may have access to it but will have to pay for the service since it's a non samsung device.

Galaxy SNo issues with Do Not Disturb on either of my devices, S23 Ultra & S25 Ultra.
Samsung has McAfee anti-virus, which I choose not to use, but it is free for Samsung devices.
You could also scan your device with Malwarebytes for free.

Galaxy SAfter a Factory Reset, are you using Smart Switch to Restore your device?
If you are, (and if it was happening on my device), don't Restore anything.. set up as new, and see if you still have the same issues?
It is a pain to try this, but if it works, I think that it's worth it.

Galaxy SReally strange.. Did you get the device from Samsung or a Canadian Carrier directly, or from Amazon or another retailer?
The reason I am asking, is that I'm wondering if it's an authentic Samsung device, because you shouldn't be having any of these problems..or because you mentioned issues with Calendar entries, if your Google Account has been compromised?
