I think it would be very helpful, if Bixby was able to do some commands locally, without wifi or data, such as calling people, or turning data on/off. Google assistant can do some of these things, but I find using Bixby much more convenient.
They may include it eventually, probably make a downloadedable feature for an offline mode, didn't hear any mention of it in the 2.0 announcement.
Also, in case you don't see my reply on the other post. You asked for instruction on cache wipe for s8 so I thought I'd attach it here so you'd see it for sure.
agreed! especially when I forget to do something like turn off my network connection before I have no connection. so frustrating. especially because Samsung doesn't have all the toggles I would want stock
