I have something somewhere that keeps activating my location every two minutes but I can't find it properly, it's a pest, i have to turn off my location to keep it from doing that, when i search it say it's the Google message app but i hadn't used it in a few hours, yet location is always showing up on the top of the screen & i can't find the app requesting it, what app will show me what app is asking for location each time?.

Urmi, if you read what i have been saying, i did that. & The results make zero sense, yhink about it for a minute, if you used a app 18 hours prior to the location request, & the app's are all set that location is activeted when using the app only not running it the back ground, i have checked that list as i know how it works, but , when this happens this often & without user input & it's always the same app & you haven't touched it in 18 hours, wouldn't you be scratching your head wondering what's going on

We’re sorry to hear that your Gmail security credentials may have been compromised. Protecting your personal information is of utmost importance, and we recommend taking the following steps immediately to secure your account:

Troubleshooting and Recovery Steps

  1. Change Your Password Immediately

    • Visit Google account and update your password to a strong, unique one.

  2. Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

    • Go to Security > 2-Step Verification and follow the prompts to add an extra layer of protection.

  3. Check Account Activity

    • Review recent activity under Security > Your Devices and Recent Security Events to identify any unauthorized access.

  4. Update Recovery Information

    • Ensure your recovery email and phone number are current so you can regain access if needed.

    • Notify Contacts If Necessary

      • If you suspect your account was used to send unauthorized messages, inform your contacts to avoid phishing risks.

Additionally, we recommend backing up your data and performing a factory reset on your device. This process can help remove any unauthorized access and safeguard your personal information. Following the reset, we strongly suggest changing the passwords for both your Google and Samsung accounts to ensure enhanced security.
