you have to delete the voice message while on voice message..
go to the voice message by pressing 1 for 3 seconds, hear the save messages then press 7 to delete the voice message.. that's for rogers, not sure for other carriere..

And if you're not with Rogers - Just follow the Prompts in your Carriers voice mail 😉🐧

Could you clarify your question?
You SHOULD be able to Long Press on "1" from the Dialer to enter your voice mail - Regardless of your location...
So I'm not sure if you mean that you have not setup your voice mail at all?
If you haven't - You SHOULD be able to set it up the first time you call into it by Long Pressing "1" from the Dialer keypad... Does this answer your question? 🐧

I think call your carrier and they can help you out even without password.
