Everytime I send a message to someone, it says that it failed to send the message. Does it have something to do with the sim?

we can all send messages but cannot receive and gets failed message pop up. it is either the app or the center where the messages are going is down

Same here, both my father and I can't get the message trying to text anyone that doesn't have an android. We both are with bell.

Hi! Bell is experiencing a "disruption with their wireless services" at the moment. A fix is being worked on.

The only solution unfortunately is patience ^^

I'm with Virgin and was having issues.. Turning LTE off has allowed me to be able to send texts again
