S9 has constant mic interference with phone call or recording video. Clicking around 80bpm when played back or on phone call. Tried safe mode, factory reset. Any ideas? During phone call I can't hear it on my end but other people hear it. It's usually the clicking as in video but sometimes its a screeching sound.
Hi, Please verify the hardware test for both the mic and the speaker in the Samsung members app which is already pre-installed on your device. Please follow the path below.
Open Samsung Members app >> Tap on Diagnostics >> Tap on Test hardware >> Tap on mic.
Open Samsung Members app >> Tap on Diagnostics >> Tap on Test hardware >> Tap on speaker.
