Since yesterday my s pen is not working properly. When I withdraw it it turns on the camera or the notes function by itself and is unresponsive. Then it turns on the camera again and again and worse when I insert it in the phone it does not turn off but automatically once every few seconds turns on the camera again. I have reset it several times but nothing changed. How can I fix this serious problem?

Try turning off the S Pen Air Actions in the notification menu.

It is off. The problem started since two days ago with latest upgrade.

Hi, if you still have connection issues after resetting your S Pen, restart your phone. Restarting a device may fix any issues and help the S Pen connect again. You can also turn off Air actions and verify it helps.

Exposure to magnetic or metal objects, as well as some third-party covers and screen protectors may cause issues with the S Pen. Make sure your screen covers or screen protectors are clean, in good condition.

Thank you.

It is more than that. It can't even be used as the key to take photos anymore. I have started the phone many times. Air actions is already off. It was working perfectly until this last UI upgrade two days ago. After the upgrade the problem started.

Can you check under s pen settings: when s pen is removed, what is it set to? That can explain if it keeps opening notes...

Have you tried to reset the s pen itself?

Is it possible that the pen itself has a physical problem and shall be replaced? Or is it because of the new operating system upgrade?
