Galaxy SHi SgtStubby,
We are sorry to hear the buggy experience on your Galaxy S23 Ultra's camera is producing blurry images between 3x and 10x zoom after a recent update.
Please Clear Camera Cache and Data: Go to Settings > Apps > Camera. Select Storage > Clear Cache and Clear Data. This will reset the camera settings without affecting your photos.
Inspect the camera lenses for any smudges or dust and clean them gently with a microfiber cloth.
Occasionally, the appearance of blur at certain zoom levels could be due to lens obstructions.
Test in Safe Mode:
- Restart your phone in Safe Mode by pressing and holding the Power Off option, then selecting Safe Mode.
- Open the camera and test the zoom in Safe Mode. If the blur is gone, it could be due to a conflicting third-party app, and you may need to troubleshoot which app is causing the issue.
We request you to please report the problem through the Samsung Members app. Go to Support > Send Feedback > Error Reports. Include details of the issue and photos demonstrating the problem.
Thank you.

Galaxy SI did schedule a repair with Care+ but canceled it. The cost was $90 with tax. I could have bought the parts for that money and fix it myself had the module been broken.
