Bluetooth pairing

Is there a way to block a device from trying to pair with my phone? My coworkers watch is constantly trying to pair to my phone. S23ultra

You could let your S23 Ultra and your coworkers watch get married, and divorced.. it'll never try to pair again 🤣

OR, 

Go to Settings > Connections and Click on Bluetooth & then Advanced & Click on Block Pairing Requests.

Please try the above steps by RedDogRabbit to block your coworkers watch by adding it to the Block pairing requests.

This should help prevent your coworker's watch from attempting to connect to your Galaxy S23 Ultra.
