Navigation bar not responding at times and have sticky response

On my s24 ultra the navigation bar is not responsive at time. The bar hung up at times and is not responsive. I have tried all the fixes posted online but no luck. I eventually moved to gestures bar. When is the fix coming from samsung??

No issues with my S25 so it might be a firmware problem

It's not a firmware problem. It started happening after the one UI7 updated. Many othersamsung phones are facing the same issue.

I thought it was just my phone, my gesture bar sometimes freezes on my S25 ULTRA

We're really sorry to hear about the navigation bar responsiveness issues on your S24 Ultra. You've done the right thing by switching to gestures in the meantime, we completely understand how frustrating this can be.

Our internal teams are actively reviewing similar cases, and we recommend submitting an error report through the Samsung Members app (Support > Send feedback > Error reports) shortly after the issue occurs. This provides valuable log data to help our developers investigate further and work toward a resolution.

In the meantime, please try performing a Clear Cache Partition:

Power off the phone > Press and hold Power + Volume Up until the Samsung logo appears > Use volume keys to select Wipe cache partition, then confirm with the Power button.
