I just got my S10 a couple of weeks ago and already my sim card is acting up, I can't make calls or even text, this was an issue on my old phone as well. How do I fix this? NEED HELP

-Are you getting a good signal?
-Are you with the same provider?
-Are these different devices you've tried?
-anyone around you experience the same issue?
-if so or not, Are they with the same provider as you?

Seems somewhat unlikely to me that you would have 2 different devices with the same issue, unless you totally abuse your stuff 🙊🙈🙉
Seems like a signal and/or a provider issue 🤷

As you said that you have a brand new S10 and having the same issue with your previous device, it seems like the issue is with the carrier or sim card. Please contact the carrier as suggested by our Samsung members and let us know the response.

have u tried fully active, different number sim card.check if the problem is with your sim or check ur this sim to any other phone.see if u can make calls thru other phone..

If you bought the S10 from a mobility store. There should have been a complimentary sim provided.
