Has anyone else had issues with the new patch not doing anything? I've tried getting help from support but they don't offer much support. Pretty much telling me I need to send my phone to them . Any suggestions?

I haven't had an issue until now. How long till it bricks my phone because it's not actually updating the patch ? I'm worried as I rely on my phone for work.

You're saying that the update won't download to your device?

If that's the case, go to Settings > Apps & Toggle ON "Show System Apps" > Search for Update & you should see 2 of them.

Click on each separately & Scroll down to Storage & Clear Both Cache & Data for each & Reboot.

Try to update again.

No, this is not a problem with the update. Thousands of people have updated without any issues.

You have the S24 series device?

No issues with my S23 Ultra One UI V7.0 either. My S25 Ultra was obviously shipped with One UI V7.0, and no issues with subsequent updates for it either.

You could also try updating your device using a computer & Smart Switch.

Last resortS.. Factory Reset your device & try again..

Last resort. visit a Samsung Service Centre to get it checked out by a tech.

This is just a security patch. I've never once had issues with an update. Not sure what's going on with it. I'm currently doing a backup. Just in case. I'll try doing the cache clear and data clear and restart. I can't restart as I'm currently backing up. But I'll try that after.

Clearing Cache from Recovery, might work, but I don't think so..?

Connecting to your computer & trying to update with Smart Switch, should work.

Open Smart Switch on your computer & go to the Update Tab. Follow the onscreen instructions there.

I unfortunately don't have a computer to even try that with.
