Im not really familiar with the A36, but you should be able to search for the app and disable it. You should also be able to disable the Home screen news panel (the one you get when you swipe right on your home screen). Pinch to the home screen with two figures, swipe right, delete or disable.
To turn off Samsung News: Long press on a blank spot on your home screen. Swipe right until you see the Samsung News screen. Flip the switch on the top right to disable Samsung News.
