Ive received at least two Google play updates since owning s25u. They don't appear to fail, yet they don't update the date after install.

This also happened with my S10 tablet for the first couple of months.

Yeah and the Play System Updates are from Google, not Samsung.. and like you I've had more than a couple of Play System Updates, a couple that didn't even show the size of the update, and I think a couple of small ones ~10 Meg maybe? But yeah it's still stuck on October..

Yes the play system update is from Google...but I haven't seen even those 2 updates you mentioned either from a month of owning this phone

I'm still on October too. According to forums, the USA devices are on January. It'd be interesting to know what the difference is.

Like Samsung, Google pays more attention to the US.. Maybe it's as simple as the US having 10 times the population?

Where can we see the release notes of the update now? Coming from S20 and there was always a link to release notes.
