when my screen is off and there is a notification, My screen just remains off and there is no notification on lock screen neither edge lightning notification works ...just the led indicator works ...nothing else ...No notification is shown on thr screen untill I touch the screen...what to do??
Hey @Arjit! To fix your problem, could try the following: 1) As @SnowCat19 mentioned, try soft reboot of your device by holding down power button and tap of reboot 2) If soft reboot does not fix your problem, please check lock screen notification settings on your device. Go to Settings > Lock Screen and Security > Check if notification is enabled 3) If notification are already enabled, try clearing cache on your device from Samsung Members application From Samsung Members app, go to Diagnostics > tap Clean memory / storage and clear the cache on your device.
If all these three options does not solve your problem, you have option of factory resetting your device or contacting local Samsung service center (http://www.samsung.com/ca/support/servicelocation/). Please feel free to always reply when you need further assist! Thanks!
