Official complaint process

Does anyone know what is the official complaint process for Scamsung? BBB yes, Is there any other Samsung specific route to take? Thanks all

There isn't an official route to take within Samsung itself, if you call and asked to be passed over to a manager they just seem to either hang up or promise one will call you back.
I honestly don't know what to say to guide you except speaking to an ontario or Canada government agency. I did once deal the the ombudsman for business was quite successfull.
