Galaxy SNot available in Canada, and the US Beta registration is full.
Flash it manually if you know what you're doing.

Galaxy SYou need to use Patched Odin to Flash the US NON beta Firmware.
Download BOTH the US NON Beta & Beta Firmware to your computer.
Use Frija to get the US NON Beta.
You need Samsung's USB Drivers installed on your computer.
You need Platform-Tools installed on your computer.
Once you are running the US NON Beta Firmware, you will have to use adb to sideload the US Betas.
They are currently on Beta 2, but you HAVE to Flash the Betas in order, so Install the first Beta & THEN the 2nd Beta.
The 3rd Beta was delayed earlier today. I haven't checked to see if it's available now.
⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️BACKUP YOUR DEVICE FIRST⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️
You WILL be FORCED to Factory Reset at some point.

Galaxy SI use my laptop, so you should be fine with yours.
You are not Rooting your device, aside from the fact that you can't Root it, it has a Locked Bootloader, which you can not unlock, unless you have the Exynos variant, which is not sold in Canada by Samsung, or any of the Canadian Carriers.
You will need to enable USB Debugging in order to sideload the US Betas with adb.
Patched Odin:

Samsung's USB Drivers:

Platform-Tools:
You'll have to download & extract the zip to install on your computer:

Link to Frija on XDA:

All of the above need to be downloaded & installed on your computer.
Odin is a Samsung Tool, but you have to use Patched Odin to Flash the US NON Beta firmware, otherwise it will Fail to Flash, as you are Flashing US Firmware on your Canadian device.

Galaxy SAnyway, if you are an absolute novice at this, you may want to just wait for the Canadian One UI V5.0 Stable release.
It's quite possible that it may be available in October?
It's EXTREMELY difficult to actually break a Samsung device, as there's a protected partition which will almost ALWAYS allow you to Boot into Recovery & Flash whatever you need.
The apps that I posted links to Should all be run as Administrator on your Windows pc.
You should know how to recover if something goes wrong.
Watch a few YouTube videos on Flashing Samsung devices with Patched Odin & Regular Odin (Which you will also need in order to get back to the Canadian Firmware).

Galaxy SIf you have to pretend you understand you shouldn't be doing it
The final release will be available in a month or 2 so why bother with trying to get a few new features early.
I have not seen anything in new UI updates worth the hassle of resetting my phone or taking the chance of screwing things up and I have a S22 to do it with

Galaxy SThis question is the perfect example of how and when to effectively pin a post
