Not sure if possible yet, but I'm new to the whole thought of trying out the beta that the u.s.a has that we here don't get, I have the galaxy s20 ultra and was wondering if anyone has specific steps or instructions with a windows 10 computer that could maybe guide me? Thanks in advance

honestly I'd say just wait the changes aren't that drastic and it's a hassle to flash and reflash firmware.

Hi ih8tesn0w, I understand that you are excited to try the new features. But I suggest that it is not a good idea to flash your device. Samsung won't recommend and advise any kind of information regarding rooting or flashing your Samsung device. Please note that rooting disables some of the built-in security features of the operating system, and those security features are part of what keeps the operating system safe, and your data secure from exposure or corruption.

Flashing the Stock Samsung firmware with Odin is NOT "rooting" your phone!

You won't be disabling any security features!

Odin is an official Samsung tool

But, yes you need to know what you are doing.
