Since updating to one ui 4 on my s21+, links on instagram haven't been working. Like swiping up on a story, or clicking a link in a bio, or clicking stickers. Does anybody have a fix?

Try Clearing Cache & Data for Instagram & Reboot.

See if that resolves the issue.

Personally, after any Android version updates, I always backup my phone with smart switch & factory reset.

In a decade, I've never had any problems.

This happened to me, it would force close without notice. I deleted the data and cache, uninstalled, rebooted and reinstalled.

I'm in an alpha group for IG testing so I'm not sure if this will work for you or not.

I'm on beta testing for instagram too. I tried just resetting cache but might have to try uninstalling

I just updated my s21 ultra to android 12 and i have the same issue with fb links. Is not working and the app crashes. Is it possible to go back to the previous version?

If the issue is widespread, & it's likely, then a "hot fix" should be made available fairly soon. So you could wait for that.

If you really want to revert to the previous version, you can *IF* the Bootloader version hasn't changed. If it has then you can't.

If you're able to, you would have to download the previous version to your computer & Flash it with Odin.

Thank you RDR. I guess I'll just wait for the hot fix
