One ui 5 update still not on my s21?

The new android 13 update did not come to my s21. The phone is purchased from Turkey, tho I am currently residing in Canada. I think it may be related to the regions but I'm not sure. Is this normal? What can I do to get the update?

The Canadian Snapdragon variant of the S21 started receiving One UI V5.0 November 22nd(ish).

Your device is the Exynos variant, and you should have received it at least a week or more BEFORE the Canadian version. 

You could manually Flash the Exynos version of One UI V5.0 with Odin, but unlike the US version, you can't make yours a "Canadian" device. 

You can't even change the CSC on your device to a Canadian CSC, as it is not compatible with the Exynos variant.
