The One UI 7 stable update will be released with the Galaxy S25 on February 7th. The update will be available in Korea and the US first, with other countries and carriers getting it later. The One UI 7 beta program has ended, and Samsung will first push out the stable update to beta testers. The February 7th release date does not mean every model will get the update, and Galaxy S23 and S22 will get it after 10-15 days.
