Galaxy SJust hide the battery icon with GoodLock's QuickStar & use a different battery widget if you still want a battery icon on the Status Bar.

Galaxy STurn off Always on Display until there's an update which will hopefully fix the issue.

Galaxy SHi titiancostea,
That kind of drain suggests something is working overtime in the background.
Alongside turning off Always On Display, we recommend Put Unused Apps to Sleep. In Device care > Battery > Background usage limits, enable Put unused apps to sleep.
Check Battery Usage Graph. Go to Settings > Battery > Usage since last full charge. Look for any app or system process using a large % unexpectedly.
If the issue keeps going, a cache partition wipe could make a bigger difference without wiping your data.
Turn off your phone. Press and hold the Volume Up + Power buttons at the same time. When the Samsung logo appears, release both buttons. Use the Volume Down button to scroll to “Wipe cache partition.” Press the Power button to select it. Scroll to Yes and press Power again. Once done, scroll to “Reboot system now” and press Power to restart.
This does not erase personal data only temporary system files.
Thank you.
