Galaxy SApple was caught slowing down their phones in 2017 globally, and Samsung was caught only in Italy in 2018. In both cases the Manufacturers said that it was to protect the batteries & functionality in older phones because they were not designed for the then recent updates..
Samsung is absolutely not slowing down your device!
Try Clearing Cache from Recovery, or even a Factory Reset..
I always Factory Reset my devices after any Android / One UI version update... never had any issues.

Galaxy SSeriously, you think that Samsung would be slowing down the S24 series???
It's pretty obvious that you aren't a fan of Samsung's service (I'm not particularly impressed from what I've seen, but I've never used Samsung's Support or Service), but Samsung's hardware is excellent.

Galaxy SHow? 2017 was Apple, not Samsung and Apple was caught doing it globally.. Samsung was caught only in Italy.
Both manufacturers said that it was to protect OLDER devices from CPU & Battery issues.. which kinda makes sense.
The S24 series is hardly an older device..
My post about Apple in 2017 & Samsung in 2018 didn't prove anything!

Galaxy SHi Surewhy,
We regret to hear that you are experiencing performance issues with your Galaxy S24+ while playing Genshin Impact following the One UI 8 update. Please be assured that Samsung is not intentionally slowing down any devices at this time.
As suggested by RedDogRabbit, we recommend performing a cache wipe from Recovery Mode or, if necessary, a Factory Reset to help resolve the issue. Kindly ensure that you back up all important data before proceeding with a Factory Reset to avoid any data loss.
We appreciate your understanding and remain committed to supporting you.
