Good news,

If you care about security vulnerabilities as much as I do (there are over 50 VSEs waiting to be patched with the March patch), you are aware Telus and Bell have held back their software pushes for an unknown cause, leaving their customers exposed.

Anyway,

G998WVLU5CVBA

(Rogers Firmware) is a clean patch over using Samsung Windows based software, and it works to patch your Telus and Bell phones to the March update with 4.1.

Not going to promote it, nor give instructions.

However, considering Sam Mobile is directly affiliated with Samsung, you can visit their site to get all instructions on how to update your phone yourself and stop waiting to be a victim of an exploit.

Have a good day folks!

Indeed, I am sure you know how to use fast boot and recovery.

After all, FASTBOOT is an official Google (Android) tool and booting into the recovery screen is an official protocol used by Samsung on this forum (to wipe the cache, however the recovery screen has many options which do work) 🙂

Samsung, why didn't you release the S21 OneUI 4.1 update to all carriers??

In all seriousness, it's because when the GOS throttler is removed from the devices or has the ability to be altered, the S21 Ultra has a higher geek bench score than the S22 Ultra.

This is the actual reason.
