This app will not open. All my other Samsung apps are working normally. Ever since Grammarly came my phone has been garbage.

**Edit. - Be sure you have completed all Samsung Pass requirements PRIOR TO updating. After Uninstalled, I was able to complete the biometrics on the previous version. Not selecting the pop-up encouraging me to update. *Finish what you started with anything before updating.

Hi, We advice you to clear cache and clear data of Samsung pass.

Please follow the given steps.

Go to Settings >>Apps >>Samsung Pass>> Storage>>Click clear data and clear cache.

Now open Samsung pass and set up again.

Also, please check if there is an update available for samsung pass.

No update available for Samsung Pass. When I open the app I great white screen. When I minimized the window I could see a statement that says" you have changed you biometric, please sign in. But I am signed in. And all my passwords still work except Samsung blockchain pin. Which was the same as my member pin with two extra digits. When I enter my pin for my Samsung blockchain wallet I get into this never ending loop.

Try Uninstalling Samsung Blockchain & Reinstall.

You could also go to Settings > Apps > Samsung Pay & Click on the 3 dot menu top right to "uninstall updates". Reboot & update Samsung Pass again.

See if that works.

Only other thing I can think of atm is to Backup with Smart Switch & Factory Reset.

I'm afraid I'll be locked out. As my password and pin are in my pass app. I do not have them stored anywhere else. So if I uninstalled the pass I'm risking my linked applications and block chain balance. I tried looking for clearing the cache but I cannot find it. I just see uninstall updates with warnings ⚠️

Settings > Apps >Samsung Pass (&/ Or Blockchain) > Storage & the option to Clear Cache is there.

This is what I see. When in full screen it's just white. As you can see, I am signed into my account as I am writing this Screenshot_20220316-191622_One UI Home_12978_1647472583.jpg

I'm guessing that you read what I posted?

Wasn't asking if you were signed in.

I'm signed in, I cannot change my password because it's in the pass app. I do not have the ability to log in if I log out. Or uninstall the application the same will happen. I'll have to sign in, I don't have the password, it's stored in the app
