Galaxy SHi, We advice you to clear cache and clear data of Samsung pass.
Please follow the given steps.
Go to Settings >>Apps >>Samsung Pass>> Storage>>Click clear data and clear cache.
Now open Samsung pass and set up again.
Also, please check if there is an update available for samsung pass.

Galaxy STry Uninstalling Samsung Blockchain & Reinstall.
You could also go to Settings > Apps > Samsung Pay & Click on the 3 dot menu top right to "uninstall updates". Reboot & update Samsung Pass again.
See if that works.
Only other thing I can think of atm is to Backup with Smart Switch & Factory Reset.

Galaxy SSettings > Apps >Samsung Pass (&/ Or Blockchain) > Storage & the option to Clear Cache is there.
