No, Canada doesn't participate in any Betas & you can't join the US Beta.
If you have the knowledge, then you can Flash the US Beta Firmware if/when it's available for your device.
It requires you to download the correct Beta Firmware & Flash it with Patched Odin. As there are a number of Beta versions, they need to be Flashed in the correct order & you will likely have to Factory Reset at one or more points, so having backups is of paramount importance.
Things CAN go WRONG, So know what you are doing & make sure you have the Stable version of Samsung's Firmware downloaded to your computer BEFORE you do anything.
