The design of OneUI had been thought to make one-handed use easy by moving most of the buttons to the lower part of the screen.
It was a clever way to make a big phone totally usable, even with one hand.

Unfortunately, OneUI 6 seems to go in the opposite direction. Some buttons have been moved to the top of the screen, and these changes don't seem to have any benefit/justification.

This screenshot shows one of these pointless changes (in my opinion).

It's not the end of the world; it's just one of the great things made by Samsung that is being forgotten.

This menu allows you to 1) restore the original photo; 2) set it as a wallpaper; 3) move it to another folder; etc. Which means that this menu is far from being useless. On the contrary, many people will use it very frequently.

Unfortunately! These kinds of little flaws tend to make me lower my expectations regarding Samsung's next moves and next products. The company seems to take things less seriously than some years ago.

Maybe some people (like Ice Universe) have complained so much about animations that it monopolized the attention of those working on the UI. 🤷

I used by phone on the bus yesterday, and it truly makes the phone less convenient to use. I don't know what they were thinking.

Thank you for your answer! I love Samsung, and it's when we like a company that we are the most critical, obviously! :))
