Hello there, I was wondering how can I set the settings to when I want to open a link sent to me in a instant messaging app in a App itself or in the browser?  I used to have it shown the option... and by mistake,  I click on Always. The example is, a internet link for a kijiji was sent via WhatsApp.  Clicking on the link would prompts the option to open the link in the Samsung browser or the kijiji app. Because I clicked of always for the Samsung browser...  I lost the option of both. I checked under settings /  useful features... and it is not working for me. I have a Samsung Galaxy S9+.
Thank you in advance.

Hi JMIKE, You can change the default apps by following the below path.

Launch your Settings > Apps > 3 dot menu > Select Default apps > Select a Default App option > Select your preferred default app, then tap the back arrow key to apply changes.

Hi JMIKE,

You can try this if it goes to Whatsapp all the time

Open Settings -> Apps -> Whatsapp -> Set as default

Click Clear defaults

Or Open Settings -> Apps -> Whatsapp -> 3 dots on top right -> Default apps

Choose the browser app

That should fix your problem
