Option in text msging

Is it only iPhone that can like, love etc. a comment made in SMS(text msging), samsung phones don't have that option(feature)?

Regular SMS and the new RCS message doesn't have these features. iMessage is another type of system. I read some news regarding about Google try to ask Apple to make iMessage work with RCS, but seems like Apple ignore the request.
