PA8 code not working for S25 Pre order

Got a PA8 code for S25 preorder but it is not working - saying this An invalid voucher code has been entered. Please try again. This is what says in the mail. Can anyone help ?

Same here, chat support said they dont have any information on PA8 codes, no help from them.

Hmm. Strange. As per my understanding, I have met all criteria for the code - as mentioned in the mail but it's not working.

Thanks for the update. This could be the reason as I was trying for S23 Ultra trade in. I have an iPhone 11 and 13 - let me try trading them.

PA8 code only works if you trade in a IOS device, I had a talk with the service rep about it, unfortunate if you want to trade a Samsung ohone

Can anyone suggest for which conditions PA4, PA5, PA6 and PA7 codes will work ?
