For some reason, my phone sometimes doesn't ring or vibrate when a call comes in.
Early today, my wife called while I had my phone in my hand and the only reason I knew was when I got the notification that I had a missed call.
It rings most of the time but I miss calls because, for some reason, it doesn't for every call.
I've checked the settings, but couldn't find anything that might be the issue.
My ringer volume was on, do not disturb was off.
This happens to my father also, using the same s22 ultra.
I also just switched carriers and the problem persists.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you using any Custom Ringtones, ie: Zedge?

No, nothing outside of samsung.

Maybe try changing the Ringtone you are currently using, to something else. ie: if you're using "Over the Horizon", set "starlight" as the Ringtone, see if that solves the issue for you?

Easy enough. I'll try it out, thanks.

In addition, try open Phone app -> 3 dots on top right -> Settings -> Block numbers

Turn off "Block calls from unknown numbers"

Hi, we request you to please follow these below steps once and check again.

From settings>>General management>>Reset>>Reset settings>>Reset settings>>Tap on reset.

Performing reset settings will not delete any data, it just set the settings to default.

I am doubtful that Resetting the Network settings will resolve the issue.

The call is coming through, but there is no Ringtone. They see that there is a Missed Call.
