Galaxy SHi Sukhroomi,
We'd be happy to help optimize your camera settings on the Galaxy S25 Ultra — a powerful phone with a lot of potential.
Here are recommended settings to get the most out of your camera, based on use cases:
General Photography (Daylight)
-
Resolution: Use 200MP (or full-res mode) for landscape or highly detailed shots. Switch to 12MP (binned) for everyday photos.
-
Scene Optimizer: On (Settings > Scene Optimizer) – helps with auto-enhancement.
-
Auto HDR: On – improves contrast in bright/dark conditions.
- Shot Suggestions: On – helps align subjects and improves composition.
Low Light / Night Photography
-
Night Mode: Enable manually or let it auto-activate in low light.
-
Use tripod or stable surface for best sharpness.
- Turn off flash (unless needed for fill lighting).
Video Recording. Resolution:
-
4K at 60fps for best balance of quality and stabilization.
-
8K at 30fps for high detail but note higher storage and limited stabilization.
-
Super Steady: On when recording movement.
- Auto FPS: On (for better low-light video).
Pro Mode (Advanced Users). Use Pro Photo/Pro Video for:
-
ISO: Lower for daylight (50–200), higher for night (800+).
-
Shutter Speed: Fast (1/1000+) for action, slow (1/10 or lower) for low light.
-
Focus: Use manual focus for macros or creative shots.
-
White Balance: Adjust based on lighting conditions (e.g., 5500K for daylight).
Other tips. Enable RAW capture in Expert RAW (downloadable in Galaxy Store) for editing flexibility.
Turn on Tracking Auto-Focus in Camera Settings to keep moving subjects sharp.
Use Grid Lines to follow the rule of thirds.
Thank you.
