Preorder payment taken but order not found

I preordered the S24 Ultra and paid on January 17th, but I have not received a confirmation email or order id, plus it does not show in my account orders page.

What happens now? Will I get the phone or do I start a charge back?

I'd give Samsung CS a call and see what they say, I'd also contact your CC and get them to put a hold on the funds or even better cancel the transaction altogether.
Then if you still desire re order the phone or go via a 3rd party like bestbuy.

If there was not double the amount in your account, it won't go through because they like to put a hold. Also, if you used a debit visa etc. Would create an issue. Sometimes my Mastercard from bmo does not work with samsung and I end up using a different cc. Call customer service and see what is happening. You might want to cancel so you don't end up in a long drawn samsung debate, they sk at those. And then do a new order with a different card. Make sure your shipping and billing addresses match with what is on that card.
