Hi,

My friend has an S24, we've install a Brother printing plugin. When she's try to print on that printer or any printer connected by WiFi, the plugin can't find the device. The device is on same network at the S24. When I try with my S8 it does print. Any idea why?

Try to reset the Borther printer. It happened to me on both my Galaxy and iPhones.

I have the same problem and I just recommend using Brother iPrint&Scan instead and using a USB cable to connect for scanning documents and such. I don't know of a way to print though

 As adviced by Goldenseal, Resetting the Brother printer can help resolve network discovery issues.

To reset the Brother printer:

1. Turn off the printer and unplug it for about 30 seconds.
2. Plug it back in and turn it on.
3. Reset the network settings: On the printer, go to Settings > Network > Network Reset. Confirm the reset and let the printer restart.
4. Reconnect the printer to Wi-Fi and try printing again.

This often helps when devices can't detect the printer, even when they’re on the same network.
