Galaxy SWell, there's some things that can't really be added to folders on your desktop.
ie: Rotation, WiFi, Cell Data, Do Not Disturb, etc.

Galaxy SStill strange. Wiping Cache essentially contains temporary files, or fragments of files that don't belong to anything in particular.
Immediately after Wiping Cache, it gets rebuilt as you open apps & operate the phone.
I'm still not sure what could have caused your issue? If Wiping Cache solved it then great, I'm a bit surprised that anything that was in your device's Cache could have caused the problem?
