Hello, why has the option to turn off quick reply been removed in oreo? In android 7 the option was there to turn it off.

Hmm yes I noticed this feature has been removed from Oreo...but I never used it and it could be alot of people never used it, that could be one reason as to why it was removed..

on android 7 a lot of times calls would get rejected in my phone while I'm taking the phone out and a text message gets sent. the only problem is if the text gets sent to a landline I get charged. that's why had it turned off.
