Is Samsung Messages never going to be updated so that the message "Group conversations will be sent as multimedia messages" doesn't make it unusable? Apparently it's been a problem for years with no solution. I love using galaxy themes and I want to be able to use samsung messages so the theme applies, but group texting is a must and that message is unbearably annoying. Has anyone found a *** maybe for fixing it?

This is NO WAY helps the uptake nor compatibility of RCS! Just will loose users if this co hinges with Samsung made applications.

Having 1 gatekeeper for Communications is a VERY terrible and Orwellian idea and move!

Especially since 2019 Google executive (Fmr) specifically stated that communications should be open and are very intimate to users as well as private!

I have a new S25ultra, downloaded Samsung Messages v15.7.03.9 from Galaxy, and set as default, was getting the annoying pop up too and checked my S23 ultra, it was on Samsung Message 16.1.10.54. that didn't get the group message popup. I tried to side load that into my S25ultra and it broke everything; i uninstalled, reset default to Google Messages, reset apps to default, rebooted. I use google chats for gmail, in my google chat Gmail, my Meets was enable, I reinstalled Samsung Messages 15.7 from galaxy, set back to default then I disable Meets in my Gmail under settings on all accounts and Gmail only set to have chats; my group message pop up is gone for RCS group chats but are still popping up if it is a MMS Group chat. I can live with that, maybe this will help someone out there. My Samsung Message is now my default text app.
