Regarding Call recording and Fingerprint app lock

Hello world .... is there any possible way to activate call recording feature as well as fingerprint app lock in international samsunf falaxy s10 plus.... please help!

i think call recording may be illegal here for certain purposes.

But this is Canada not India.

The only other way to get it is flashing a custom rom which you can't with a locked bootloader anyways.

There also some apps that do it but I'm not sure what works since I don't use that stuff.
