If it isn't working it's because "Blue filter" doesn't working when a theme is installed on your device it's the same for the Dark Mode

blue light is actually not good for you're eyes. at night I just turn on dark mode, or turn down the brightness

@LavandersChampions it works with dark mode on my Note 10+.

@chai2020 blue light filter actually adjusts the color temperature of the screen. It has nothing to do with brightness. The reason it looks dimmer is because it's moving more towards warmer colors instead of cooler white blue colors.
