Please make sure your phone and S Pen firmware are up-to-date.
Reset S Pen: Go to Settings > Advanced Features > S Pen > Reset S Pen.
Recalibrate the S Pen: Use the Air Command menu to recalibrate its position.
Although your case isn’t interfering, try removing it briefly to see if it resolves the problem.
If nothing works, then please perform back up and factory data reset on your device.
