I have an unlocked US model, it is an s10e and I didn't get the update, it already says up to date but it is android 11, people already told me I have to flash it or something but I am not really sure how. I would really appreciate if you could send me a link to a guide on how to do it or something.

Since you have the US variant, you could either Flash the US Firmware with Odin, OR the Canadian Firmware, but for that you HAVE to use Patched Odin in order for the Flash to be successful.
I updated mine by going to the settings and choosing the software update options. I got the update (S10e Snapdragon Canada version) but did it manually. Works great so far.
