I recently went from the S9 Plus to a S20 Plus... I can't seem to figure out how to change my alerts for other apps. I thought I figured it out for the messages (SMS) but my selection didn't stay.
A few changes I dislike about this model is the finger print on the front screen, the settings don't seem to register with my choices, and they took away the LED light on the front (not a fan of the edge lighting)
1. Anyone know how to get the alerts customized for the apps I've installed?
2. Anyone know how to get my settings to save and work? (Selected a sound for alerts and its still playing the same alert for all app notifications)

Safe mode to check if added apps are causing problems. This mode loads only basic system software and it disables third-party applications. Here are the steps for Safe mode: 1. After turning off the phone, turn it on. 2. Once the Samsung logo has started, press and hold the volume down button. 3. When the home screen appears, the safe mode is displayed in the lower-left corner of the screen. How to deactivate safe mode. 1. Press and hold the power button. 2. Tap Restart.
