Galaxy SHELP I have a S20 plus, I got in September. Started off loving the phone and then it started acting weird. All my reminders from Samsung calendar and Google calendar come in late, some text messages come in late, Google Play store won't download new apps just keeps going around saying pending , when I pull the notifications down from the top and hit one of the like NEST app, it won't open that app until way later, there are a few other issues. Originally I called Samsung they told me to do a few things and then I ended up doing a total factory reset, tried every suggestion online (all battery optimization etc) but I ended up sending it away to Samsung. Got the phone back it worked wonderfully for 2-3 days and now it's started doing it again. Doesn't make any sense to me. Is it some setting I turned on, an app causing issues. Has anyone else had this problem? Do I see send it away again? Why would it have worked so well initially and now not again. Any suggestions? 😡

Galaxy SYes both have the exact same phone purchased on the same day and he has no issues. No VPN, I haven't installed anything new since getting back from Samsung. But I have lots of apps that were transferred over from IPhone. When I purchased the phone the plugged the 2 phones in and did a transfer. Sometimes makes me wonder if it has something to do with that? Should I take all my apps off and factory reset it?

Galaxy SYou don't need to remove any apps, they will be removed by performing the factory reset.
A factory reset never hurts. I'd back up your phone with smart switch, BUT after you factory reset, DON'T restore anything to start with. Set up your phone & then test to see if you get Notifications. 🤞

Galaxy SOmg don't get your knickers in a wrinkle 🤣😭
If your a little shaky on the steps to make sure you can still hug all your files later and /or jump through the hoops you need to get it done, just spit it out here and someone will spring into action as ringleader and get you through this circus show 🤦🤷
