Galaxy SHello,
Since I have upgraded to S20 Plus, my wifi calling keeps randomly dropping. I also use iPhone for work on same network and wifi calling works perfectly. After trying the following, I still have the wifi calling keep dropping. Any suggestions?
- Tried different router, etc... but problem is not with my wifi as iPhone works just fine. Never had any issue with any other device on the same wifi.
- Tried reinstalling and rebooting the phone
- Tried airplane mode with WIFI only
I came to conclusion it's an issue with the Samsung S20 Plus. Your suggestions/fix is welcomed.

Please perform the reset network settings on your device and check if it works fine.
Go to Settings > General management > Reset> Reset network settings> Reset settings.
This will reset all network settings, including those for Wi-Fi, Mobile Data, Bluetooth.
If the problem persists, you need to contact the service provider as the wifi calling option is provided by the SIM card provider only.

Galaxy SThanks for suggestion, ironically enough I had the same issue with S20, I then changed the phone to a S20+ and problem persists. Factory reset did not resolve.

Galaxy SI was with Bell, but recently switched to Fido. Problem still persist. I'm convinced it's an issue with way the phone operates.

Sorry for the late response - we had submitted this to review the issue further to find a solution. However, this appears to be a complex issue and we will need to gain more information. :(
If the issue still persists, please submit an error report in the members app in order for us to gain more information!
[ How to report error using Samsung Members application ]
1. Long press Samsung Members icon on Apps screen and Tap Error reports.
2. Tap OK on agreement popup for sending system log data.
3. Select Symptom category.
4. Describe problem in detail and SEND.
