Hi @dtsjr

Because of spammers, you can't reply to any questions before you are level 2...this is new and Samsung Moderator are searching a solution

I don't think they are talking about posting on Samsung Members. I think that they're talking about texting?

@dtsjr

Where did it say you can't text?

So what are the least painful steps here in order? (thanks @RedDogRabbit 🤙)

-Power off the device, remove and re-seat sim card?

-Call your provider?

-Wipe cache partition? Thanks @Cassidy 👍

-Backup with smartswitch and /or cloud, then do a factory reset?

I'm thinking;

Reboot.

Reset Network.

Remove & Reinsert SIM.

Call the Carrier.

If you don't mind @RedDogRabbit ✌️
I think you meant...

Reboot
Then Reset network settings

If that doesn't help...
----->Power off device<-----
Then remove and reseat sim card.

If that doesn't help...
Then call the carrier 🤙

You're probably right. I was just going from the easiest to the dreaded call to the carrier. I always seem to spend at least half an hour on the phone whenever I call my carrier.

Oh no @RedDogRabbit I never discount your brains thinking, I was just pointing out the - - - >Power off device <----
I know you think fast and like me... Sometimes we forget the small details, how about this, just edit your post with the power off part included and I'll delete mine.

PS
I love this easiest to the dreaded 🤙👍
Your the best ✌️
