s20 ultra apps crashing after latest android update 5-27 uninstalling system WebView does not fix

hello, my s20 ultra apps are all crashing after latest android update 5-27 uninstalling system WebView and chrome does not fix the issue. Ive also cleared the cache for system WebView and chrome. The camera app is the biggest crasher, chrome comes in 2nd. Can someone please help its driving me insane!!!

Hi, we suggest you to perform a clear cache and data and force stop the Outlook app.

To clear cache and data, go to Settings, swipe to, and touch Apps. Swipe to and touch the Outlook app. Tap force stop. Touch Storage, and then touch Clear cache and clear data.

First of all, you realize that you are posting on Samsung  Members Canada?

You can only "force stop" System Web View without Root, you can't uninstall it. Same with any system apps.

If you're using adb to "uninstall" it's not actually uninstalled, just disabled.

Clearing cache & data for apps that are crashing *SHOULD* fix the problem.
