Think people have just given up asking this question. We know samsung canada is a joke they've been silent this entire time an I doubt will hear anything until the day of or after the release ( IF NOT DELAYED AGAIN)
I will help here, some affectionates will say "it will come when it will come, what is the rush" Sooner or later everyone will get it. Even when other smart devices will be coming up with the new updates and rolling out at the same time without discriminating devices prices tag or countries. But honestly it is none of the above reason, actually Samsung is lagging in technology and can't handle a smooth roll out that easily. Imagine if they had to built an OS from scratch, while they are so late back and petty even when they just spin off android 13 and make it compatible for their devices. Hard luck we are stuck with this company for now.
